WHY POWER YOGA & YIN?

We specifically offer Baptiste Power Yoga and Yin Yoga because together we believe they create a complete path for transformation. Baptiste Power Yoga is fiery, physical, and empowering—it calls you into presence, strength, and the discipline of showing up for yourself. Yin Yoga balances that intensity with stillness, depth, and surrender—it allows you to soften, release, and feel into the layers beneath the surface. Both practices are not just about movement, but about awakening what has been dormant, and connecting to the parts of yourself that long to be seen.

This balance of strength and softness is also the heart of Inner Alchemy, our 6-week program designed to take you deeper. Inner Alchemy weaves together yoga, breathwork, and self-inquiry to guide you through Percepting, Excavating, Transmuting, and Embodying—four core processes that awaken clarity, dissolve old patterns, and anchor lasting transformation. Baptiste Power Yoga gives you the fire to push through resistance, while Yin Yoga offers the stillness to uncover hidden truths. Inner Alchemy brings it all together, helping you not only grow stronger in body and mind, but also freer in spirit.

WHAT IS BAPTISTE POWER YOGA?

Baptiste Power Yoga is just what the name implies; vigorous and powerful. It contains 53 poses, or asanas, that are linked together by connective momentum. It is an intuitive practice, one that does not enforce any set of rigid rules and follows the natural laws of the body which dictate balance and counter balance, control and surrender, pose and repose, modification and acceleration. Practitioners receive all of the benefits of the more traditional yogic methods while still leaving room for clarity and play.

OUR PLEDGE

Welcome to a space where all are seen, all are valued, and all are invited to be part of something greater. We pledge that here, there is no judgment and no expectation—only the simple truth that your presence matters. Every person brings a unique light, a story, and a piece of the whole. Together we create a community built on openness, belonging, and the courage to grow. You are not just welcome here—you are important here.
